Position Overview: We are seeking an initiative-taking and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance adjusting, excellent leadership skills, and a proven history of managing operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of adjusters and support staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance adjusting industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
